As a digital product management intern for Publicis Sapient, I led a team of software engineers to create a product for a client within the hospitality industry. Our goal was to leverage AI to optimize marketing ROI and productivity among content creators. I conducted market research to identify key features and create a user journey map. I wrote user stories to assist the software engineers in creating a useful and impactful product, as well as a sitemap to lay out any additional styling requirements (the mockup is shown above). Through my leadership, we created an application that uses classification AI to identify key patterns across customer data, which prompted a generative AI model to create a push notification based on the qualities identified. From there, the user could see KPIs related to each published notification to help train the AI models so performance could continuously increase.
